How to get in tough with Misty?

So I've got my first reward yesterday. It worked. Good. Now - on the page with my reward I see that you can show it on FB fanpage or review site on Trustpilot - and then get in touch with Misty to get extra 100 SG. I already posted review (and got email that it's posted), and I've posted on Gamehag FB page. Problem - I can't find a way to contact Misty about this. There is just no option for this thing! Anybody can help?

I've tried that - it just opens another menu, and none of those options have anythign to do with getting SG for a review.
