The site doesnt help about Wall Offers, those offers are given by other companies, you have to contact them for support.
If you had done a Wall of Terror task, that company is Fyber Mobile and you can actually contact them through desktop website.

Is this a common problem on here?

I think it may take like 24 hours to get the SG, varying of the contract.
