The 10€ steam wallet that I ordered the 4 NOVEMBER 2017 at 12:33 was refused today without any reason given, and I didn't got refunded or anything. When I want to contact Misty, after writting and sending a message to him/her, the message just disappears after refreshing the page. Can you guys help me please?

After (so) many tries, I've finally received a response from Misty: "Your account was blocked so your reward was declined." What's this supposed to mean? What is a blocked account in gamehag?

I'm gettingh really frustrated with this website. It honestly looks like they hired a bunch of interns to manage the chat and to check the tasks and put them to work without telling them what to do, so now they have to figure out what they're supposed to do and don't have time to look at our tasks or to answer us propperly.

It is, especially when your account is blocked and you don't even know or receive a notification about it
