Crossout problem

I played Crossout for 11 hours and I saw the offer on GameHag. I went to get proof of 20 games won but couldn't find any. I asked some people and they said you can't see anything from yesterday or before and you can only see the last 10 from that day.

Well I guess you're screwed since Gamehag won't accept your screenshot anyway.
