The site is simply dead.ALL of the codes are duplicate.I just tested that myself by getting a random CD key.Same problem as the others have,so pretty much it's GGs for Gamehag.
By the way,when i checked their Trustpilot page,under a review of someone complaining about not receiving robux(same problem as i have right now btw),they answered that they don't have robux right now,mind you,a recent review.While there's not a single thing on the site saying that there's no robux.
I think the only option is to go for their new site's reputation.Make a video explaining current Gamehag situation,get all the facts and proofs together,then mention Earnweb.Might work,and might not,who knows.It also seems that Gamehag's page on Trustpilot is still active,in fact! - they are still replying to reviews and plenty of responses don't seem botted.So yeah,it's either YouTube or Trustpilot,that's our only way to let them know.
It seems that Earnweb will be their new site,they most likely moved onto it,leaving us behind.I'm trying to claim some Robux and it's my third attempt,still no result,most likely gonna get refunded again in a few days.It is very likely that they stopped supporting Robux payoffs and considering how many people report getting used keys,they probably replaced every single key that isn't used with the used one aswell.I only seen one moderator appear once in a while on the forums,but they don't seem to post anything on the topic nor care at all.
I will add to the discussion - trying to claim some Robux right now,20 for like 3rd time and also 10,still nothing.Bet they gonna refund it tomorrow or in a few days.I'd try to get a game instead but i'm afraid that i also gonna get a used key.
