my last topic got deleted. i received a bad key for a playstation plus premium subscription and put in a ticket with support. this was 2 days ago no word from them yet. i spent over 10000 soul gems for it. i feel like im being ripped off. some one help.

I highly suggest you to post a review about this on trustpilot.com (make sure you rate it 1 star). There is a high chance thye will reply and resolve your issue

Support sometimes takes a while to respond, but they usually are good about sorting things like this out in my experience. You can also try the discord.

Try to Ping Support again with Proofs and Address your Problem Clearly. They surely will solve everyone's issues, like they solve mine's.

I have going on the third time now. each time I submit the screenshots like they ask. wait 2 days to hear from them just to repeat the same steps all over again. I earned my soul gems by completing

tasks exactly as they asked. I spend them and get a bunk code for it. then they treat me like I'm trying to rip them off. it's really frustrating.
