I can not complete my quest. I have a clear SS and yet the system said I need to get the reward and use it in-game. What does that mean? Does anyone know?

This is a Game Hag issue, but they don't have proper manpower to actually address this.

UPdate; it has been "rejected" 8 times now. the image they want is of an lvl6 castle. I now send them images of my lvl11 castle because I'm just waiting so long...

I was trying to complete it when the SG was at 2327(I have. a screenshot of the promised amount).

So it got rejected again. This is a broken questline. either on purpose or by laziness.

Gamehag has to fix this. This is their problem. they are ultimately responsible for directing traffic to these sites. I want my +30% SG bonus they promised me.

Contacted Gtarcade. They said there never was an In-game item for a level 5 castle.
So it's Gamehags fault. most likely it was a miss understanding when they wrote the quest proposal
and they never checked it.

It's just bad QA and shows a lack of tech support.
