Its phone tasks getting acepted to anyone here?

My tasks are not accepting

i dont know if there uts a problem to my phone or what, if someone here have the same problem and fixed it, please help ke because I waited too long but my tasks arent giving me Soul Gems, if any moderator seen this, please fix, you says that its all Automatic but it doesnt work to anyone, please fix
