Like in some of my free time I wanna play CS:Go but due to some reasons I want to keep all its components completely hidden like from everywhere on my PC so that anybody using my PC do not get to know that I play Cs:GO . Will appreciate all suggestions and help tips . Thanks in advance .

install steam and the games on an external HDD but performance will suck depending on the PC. And even then there is no garuntee that nobody can find out if he digs deep enough...

Try launching the game, shift/tab, open friends list and see if you can change your status.
I don't think this will work but it's worth a shot.

There are also pprograms that trick steam you're playing a game. I won't say what any of them are called but you can use one to launch a game such as tf2 whilist actualy playing csgo.
