Hola, no hasta donde sé eso no es posible, aunque podrías contactar a soporte si la compra fue reciente y/o por accidente, pero el soporte de Gamehag actualmente es nulo.

Hola, he hecho una tarea del juego "Enlisted", no para gemas, si no para experiencia, pero me dice que no registre una nueva cuenta en el juego, cuando precisamente lo instale desde el link que estaba y me registre con el mismo usuario de gamehag, y envie una foto cumpliendo el requerimiento con al lado mi cuenta, pero siempre me aparece lo mismo, alguien tiene alguna solucion? Tengo que cambiar de juego? O acaso ni eso funciona en la actualidad?
