Mira, a mi sí me dieron las gemas, reconoce automaticamente la misión, para ello debes descargar el juego del link que te dan, iniciar sesión con el mismo correo de aquí y ponerle el mismo nick que tienes aquí

Te recomiendo que hables con los de soporte o algún administrador, suelen solucionarte eso. Normalmente para que te detecte las tareas debes tener instalada la aplicación y de ahí darle a la tarea para que se descargue el juego, luego de eso se supone cuando llegas al nivel que te pide se completa automaticamente.
Lo malo es que ya han subido bastante el precio de los premios :c
