EDIT: vale, ya se lo he comentado y sabiendo que a ese otro usuario se lo han resuelto espero que contigo sea igual... lo que no te puedo decir es si tardarán porque en el caso de ese otro usuario fueron varios días ya que le tienen que pasar el problema a los programadores (o al menos eso me dijo la otra vez).
