problema con la creación de artículos

hola, hace un tiempo cree un articulo el cual fue eliminado por plagio
a lo cual lo reenvié ya que yo sabia que no tenia plagio,
este articulo volvió a ser rechazado por lo mismo y actualmente no me deja publicar artículos, cuando los escribo y los envío simplemente se cierra y no aparece en "mis artículos"
unos días después vi a un admin disculpándose por un error que hacia que articulo fueran rechazados automáticamente
entonces pienso que lo que paso es que se me quito la posibilidad de escribir artículos o algo así por culpa de ese problema
espero su ayuda

Tipo es un gran problema acabe de publicar un articulo y me lo rechazan sin razon osea por que si no es plagio ni nada._.
