So guys today i redeemed 20 robux then it told me to enter my roblox username i entered it then it told me to join the group i joined it after that i redeemed and it told me you should have been joined for 14 days in the group to redeem then it showed me that my robux redeem with expire today!! so idk if i will get a refund of the robux and get back the sg or if i will not get my sg and not get my robux please help

Contact the support they will refund it for you. I dont know that problem, after joining the group they sent me the robux.
