So it has happened 3 or 4 times now that i send in a screenshot that shows clearly that i have completed the task in question but getting rejected anyways, it has also happened that when i go to send in the screenshot it wants me to refresh the site but when i refresh it goes back to "your task is being prepared" and i have to wait for 2 hours. I like the site but these kinda thing just makes it feel very unprofessional. Has anyone had similar problems?

i have similar problem with you mate i did play lords mobile for a while now and did a task but i never got my points and i dont know why im still trying to figure it out

I have the same issue, I did the first two tasks for war thunder but the third got rejected despite me submitting a screenshot correctly, the same way it got accepted the first two times. Pretty frustrating honestly.

Try contacting support through Misty or Discord. It might be that they need to manually verify the tasks.

@ghostish Hey man, i've tried contacting support through misty but seems like the average response time is 1-5 days so guess i'll just have to wait for them to respond :p

Try to disable your adblock, if you are using one. If not, well, support will give you their lights very soon i guess.

I got a response from support that my account "was not created in accordance with our guidelines" which does not make sense since it's my first time making the account, i made it following their links, i do not have an adblocker on my pc and i did everything correclty. They also told me to "completely disable your adblockers, create a new in-game account via our link and clear the task again" It feels so distressing having to make a new account and complete the task when i wont even know if that helps, might just end up in the same position again, oh well i'll give it a shot

Im sorry to hear that @PogChamp42069 WarThunder is a really fun game and it's very frustrating when this happens.. I've tried making a new account and made the task again for Crossout, ill let you know if it works and you could try the same for WarThunder

Try to contact support through Misty. It is possible that your screenshots need to be manually verified. It is a buggy and frustrating system but I hope support can help you.

I already did like 20 times the contracts and correctly and never got my gems.
