You can complete ingame tasks for getting EXP. Each task will give you a few % of EXP. Or you can post some comments in the forum. However, thats a bit risky because moderators often punish you for spam. And you get report saying that "You have lost your level for your disgraceful behaviour."

Misty says that you can earn EXP for only 5 comments in the last 24H. Try to chat with her and ask her why you dont get SG from posting comments. She will tell you this.
