Problems receiving soul gems

So I did the AARP offer and did everything step by step but never got anything. I contacted support and was told they would get back to me and told me to be as descriptive as I can... again nothing, no email and not even a place to write my complaint out. I’ve never had any problems before just hoping to hear from you all on your thoughts or advice. Thanks!!

i have no problem in receiving SG, perhaps you will need to keep contacting the support or there might be technical glitch
