can i have some help with tasks 1, reach rank 4

i need help with this task as i am unsure if i have already reached rank 4

Bro I really dont understand the task of this game you said rich reach rank 4 mine says win 15 battles I won over 25 i send the task author ss the rejected for the 2nd time but reaching rank 4 its geting ranks i guess what else could it be?

By rank they probably meant 4th level in engineers faction, it's displayed right under your name on top right corner.

i contacted support and they said that you also needed to create a new gaijin account and that you cant use the same one you use for war thunder or star conflict

I have like 5th level with enineers and level 8 on syndacte. not sure what else can be level. how does one get to rank 4?

So... my task got rejected although i followed what support said. I have submitted another support ticket.

When i usually write to support i have the same screenshot submited as previously and this way they can see what's wrong in it, but so far this method always ended up with task accepted
