I didn't get my SG and the screenshot got rejected, I did upload screenshot with my level 17 and the same name of the website and it was new account I just can't believe I didn't get anything , I wasted 30+ hours on this game for nothing ???! They said it seems its not new account but I'm sure its new

I dont think it is, you just need to get a better ss with what they ask, mine was rejected as well so idk

Well, gamehag is legit, I am used to it, even take out some pretty League prepaid cards. But it has manny bugs and problems with their recognition system... even if they say that the does not have any problems...-_-. But the point is that it is legit. But verry frustrating sometimes (lots of time). Enjoy:))

Try to contact support if you think you completed a task correctly and it was rejected. There seem to be some issues with the system that accepts screenshots so support will need to verify it manually.
