no, but I think why is your cod mw 2019 laggy because your pc is "bad" but if your pc good, I think the graphic card is outdated but if your graphic card is updated so I think is your connection or the game server and your fps is bad

Depends on the time. My wifi gets slower at 12 pm and it will cause the game to lag a little.

There was a bug when Season 2 first came out that made the end of every match super laggy, but since last week it's been fixed for me.
