Is roblox safe for 13 under?

in my opinion roblox isn't safe for 13 under age, because if you under 13 you can bullied,and it's not safe becuase a lot of oders in popluar game, such like Adopt Me,

i dont know anything about roblox but im sure that type of games have disable chat option?

Chat for people who are under 13 have safe chat which keeps them safe from bad chat

I am under 13 in roblox it's quiet safe and who ever bully me I handle them by my self so I would say it's pretty safe for under 13 because they also have safe chat so no one can swear... It's pretty safe and I enjoy it very much.
