Es cuando se termina el tutorial y ya estas por tu cuenta. Puedes darte cuenta que ya lo hiciste cuando el personaje que te guia dice "Okay, the guide is done. Now you´re on your own".

No sabría exactamente a que te refieres pero me parece que es cuando te sale un mensaje que "estás por tu cuenta".
