If your doing tasks 1 and 2, click on your name then take a screenshot of the whole grey area that appears.

I did the first four tasks then on the last one which I used the same area of my screen just got rejected and it was the last one I needed before becoming level 3 and having enough soul gems for a pretty decent reward so, you can tell gamehag doesn't want you te take their prizes.
