What is the line between spam / comment

When i write articles or create treads i get annoyed by notification of spammer comments all the time. I wana report it so they will leave me alone but sometimes i am unsure ıts spam material they some times say: you said very nice bro or yes very good or they create irrelevant sentence like in my opinion gta5 is best? What should i do for thoose comments.

the difference is that if you comment the same thing over and over again is considered to be spam , spam is a fenomenon of repeated things or thought that come in contact with you , have a good day :D

You can always try to report some comments. I think it's probably won't do much because community in here are mostly 10 years olds, so it will keep happening.
