Often articles are rejected because the main picture didn't upload properly. I've rejected some good articles because of this and people understandably are confused.

Enter the Gungeon is a rougelike shoot'em up develop't by Dodge Roll and published by Devolver. It has became a fan favourite for it's charming humor, satisfiying combat and many MANY guns.Critics have praised it for the same things as the rest of us. In this review I hope I can help you decide should you play it. (there is an article about gungeon but it isn't a review).

ARTSTYLE
The artstyle is simple but it makes the most out of every pixel. All animation is playfull and joking. The enemies expresive deaths combined with brilliant sound design makes sure you know you killed an enemy. The bosses are unique and are usually a popular concept combined with a gun pun. Enemies usually reflect a bosses design and vise versa. The rooms of the gungeon range from a library,a garden and a freezing graveyard. All around this games artstyle not only does the job it enhances the game.

GUNS
The game is all about guns and by god are there a lot of them. My favourite weapon is a crystal that shoots light. But to give you a picture of the variety here are some examples:a super meatboy gub,a bullet that shoots guns that shoot bullets, a barrel that shoots fish, and a cheeky gun named DEVOLVER (It isn't really good). The weapon that is considered the best ironically is not a gun it's a baseball bat.

COMBAT
Like the studios name implies doge roll is your most valuable tool it makes you invulnerable for about 0.7 seconds, but don't over use it you could jump into a bullet. Using the good old WASD can doge most bullets (example of an attack you need to doge roll is The Beholsters ray). In addition to avoiding bullets you need to shoot at enemies thus your attention is split in half this has killed me many times.If you get into a sticky situation use a blank to clear all enemy bullets on screen. This game is quite cruel like it's genre's imply it's a bullet **** that kicks you all the way begining.
