Ayuda con problemas al cargar la ímagen

No me quiere cargar la imagen para comprobar que ya termine la misión en el juego, si alguien sabe cual podría ser el problema me dice en los comentarios. Yo en mi opinión creo que es muy grande la imagen o tiene muchos píxeles pero si alguien sabe que es me avisa que se le agradece mucho.

Tengo la solucion:
Pega pantallazo con impPL
despues abre PAINT
CTRL + V
guardar como y el formato abajo de poner el nombre buscar JPEG

Es tardado subir a level 80, para solo recibir 20 gemas, recomiendo tener la tarea lista o a punto de completar y esperar cuando pongan algun porcentaje extra de gemas
