Why is the time for the constructions so ridiculously long?

It's a big waste of time example for a building when you are about level 7 you need about 1 hour or more.I'm not really satisfied of it no offence.

If you want to play purchade free, it is going to take some time for you. Just don't rush to it, you'll often receive chances to get speed up items anyway. If you are concerned about the quests, i believe you should be able to finish them in time even without any purchase.
