you can for example stay on a champ with low ban rate and low pick rate, learn that champ in every matchup and you will do good in the game.

try simple champs (Garen , Malzahar , teemo , trundamere) they are pretty straightforward and with not a lot of skillshots

The best and simplest tip is to watch a streamer or someone play and absorbe that info and play Garon top because he is pretty easy and in a lane that is safer and simpler then the others
