"Do I get Soul Gems by writing on the forums?
You gain the experience points (xp) needed to advance to the next level and receive a grade. For each level you're receiving Soul Gems. Their amount depends on the level you've reached. In order to avoid spam, there are only 10 posts per 24 hours that count."

take a look if you really did everything the tasks want you do. In case you did and you still haven't receive your reward, check if the contract as an external support page. If it doesn't, either write Misty from your friend list or write a message here:
