The XM1014 pump-action shotgun is a weapon of the Terrorists' arsenal in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive. It is a single-fire weapon and can fire 8 pellets before having to be reloaded. Its slow rate of fire makes it rather ineffective at medium range, but makes it devastating at close range. The XM1014 is a fully automatic shotgun that has the ability to fire two shots at once, allowing for devastating close-range effectiveness. The Scumbria variant of this weapon sports an urban camo pattern and is given out as a reward for the "Community Weapons Project", a program set up by Valve to give out weapon skins to players based on their participation in the game. The XM1014 is a powerful version of the famous American shotgun. It has a high rate of fire and is very effective at close range. The shotgun was often used in the hands of SWAT teams.
