Ubisoft has officially announced Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla, which will be the new game in the Assassin’s Creed series after mysterious explanations and an exciting Twitch release. The game, which will take place during the Viking era, will cover several centuries before the original series.
Release date : The end of 2020
Ubisoft, the developer company of Assassin's Creed, shared the theme of the new Assassin's Creed game with fans of the game through its broadcast on Twitch. In Ubisoft's Twitch broadcast, the famous artist BossLogic, whom we knew from Marvel and DC, made a drawing showing the new Assassin's Creed game.
The drawing by Boss Logic showed that the new game of the Assassin's Creed series passed in the Viking Age as claimed. After yesterday's live broadcast event, Ubisoft officially announced the new game of the Assassin's Creed series today.
In the statement made from Ubisoft, it was stated that the name of the new game of the series was Assassin's Creed: Valhalla. The game takes place in the Viking Age, as previously revealed information shows. The Viking Age, between the ninth and eleventh centuries, covers 100 to 400 years before the original Assassin's Creed era.
The fact that the game takes place in the Viking Age means that we will see the story of how the Order of the Hidden and the Ancients became the Order of the Assassin Brotherhood and the Knights Templar during the game.
A Viking warrior separates two different scenes from the picture by BossLogic to show the environment in Assassin's Creed Valhalla. On the left side of the Viking warrior, Vikings sailing with their long boats can be seen. In the scene on the right, we see that Viking warriors attack British soldiers.
The Viking warrior in the middle of the two scenes in the picture by BossLogic has an ax in his hand. The symbol of the Brotherhood of the Assassins is engraved on the ax. There is also a raven flying over the right shoulder of the Viking warrior. It seems that Kuzgun will take on the discovery role of the Senu and Ikaros eagles, who were present in the game, in Origins and Odyssey respectively. In Scandinavian mythology, ravens are described as the eyes of Odin, so using raven in Valhalla to get a bird's eye view seems quite appropriate to the theme.

Assassin's Creed: Valhalla will be the first game to be released in the series after Assassin's Creed Odyssey, released in 2018. After publishing Assassin's Creed Odyssey, Ubisoft broke the annual game publishing program and released two major packages for Odyssey. The packages called Legacy of the First Blade and The Fate of Atlantis consisted of three sections. Assassin's Creed: Odyssey, which has won 6 episodes in total, has become a fairly long game.
Thank you bro!
