You're in-game name MUST be the same as the Gamhag nickname, or similar to it ;) You can ask Misty at any time, the site's support system is great.

I got my rewards, but seriously, again, if they could mention that your name has to be the same or similar in the task description, it would save alot of time and effort for some people. The gamehags are really vague for Muggles.

Still after 3 attempts with 3 different NEW accounts I still get refused and there is no Support Misty only copys and past the FAQ which don't help and instead of telling us why they refused us they keep it to them self.
