There isn't a verification level for Gamehag Discord so, you should be able to send messages in any text channels right after you have joined in.

Some text channels on the server are locked and served on its own purpose. For example, #welcome-channel, #server-rules and #announcements. Users are not allowed to type or send any messages on these channels.
For chatting, please head to the #lounge.
