Hey #Ayon1234, i know how it feels waiting for the reward to come but please wait for a few more days. Sometimes Gamehag run out of skins/games/dlcs and it takes time for them to order new batch and also it takes few days for them to arrive! You will get your skin asap :)

Also, consider the trade hold, when they buy the skin they also have a trade hold(just an assumption) but it will arrive, just trust the process and be patient. Contacting misty wont help either
