To get your reward here is some tip:
1. Contact Misty about it! (If it does not work skip it)
2. Go to gamehag discord channel and ask for help in #support or #lobby
3. Go to PC site and click on the link down below your task that says "have a problem contact us). It will direct you to other support page and you need to click on the task you had complete but not gain reward. Import reason also (why you need help).
4. Wait for your reward because the verify can be take up to 2-3 days.
That all i could help you! And all point above could be work, i had the same problem but after done some point above, I recently gain points so i manage to help you!
