I want to know how to report spam plz help

There is a little sign on right down corner

Every comment has 3 small buttons in its footnote, at the bottom of the comment. They are, in order, a Thumbs Up, a Thumbs Down, and a Report button, in the shape of a triangle with an exclamation point (!) in it. Click the latter to report a comment as spam.

In an addtion to what @MaitreVaati has said, If you're using the app version of gamehag, there's no spam report option, you need to go the website version in order to report

Doesn't look like reporting spam on comments is possible on the app
