Keep getting told I'm not making NEW accounts and Misty won't even read my messages

This is killing me. I can barely bring myself to start another quest so I am about to quit the site. Probably 6+ games now have rejected and told me that I didn't make a new account, when I have never even heard of most of those games before, and I am CERTAIN that I have been making new accounts. What to do???

I really don't want to re-download Star Conflict, make another brand new account, and do the quest again. It all takes too much time to be doing over and over and over again!
