so the problem with not taking breaks is your body gets tired from that. I know its really boring to get up from you chair and do something, but the point is when you go outside you make yourself more healthy you and that makes you living even longer wich means you can sit next to computer for even longer.
but if you are such a gamer that cant get seperateted with your games I recomend you geting a dance pad. It will make you a great exsercise. you also shoud sit in your chair correctly. That means your back shoud be slightly reclined, your elbows shoud be close to your body, backrest shoud support your back, and you also shoudn't forget to keep your arms and foot at 90°

if you really are an intense gamer you will have to put glasses on eventually, but there is one way to keep you out of glasses, its eye exsercises. I know it might seem stupid at first, but the thing is- when you look at one place for a long time your get spasms. so eye exsercises will help you get rid of them.
