I keep getting rejected on completed tasks?

So it has happened 3 or 4 times now that i send in a screenshot that shows clearly that i have completed the task in question but getting rejected anyways, it has also happened that when i go to send in the screenshot it wants me to refresh the site but when i refresh it goes back to "your task is being prepared" and i have to wait for 2 hours. I like the site but these kinda thing just makes it feel very unprofessional. Has anyone had similar problems?

BECAUSE YOUR PUTING THE WRONG SCREENSHOT YOU HAVE TO DO THE TASK FIRST AND IT WILL LET YOU THAT IS THE RESON THEN YOU WAIT FOR LIKE 48 HOURS AND YEA YOU HAVE TO DO THE TASK FRIST YOU DOING IT WRONG

@SimpleDora What are you talking about? I have completed the task which in this case was "win 15 battles" i take a screenshot showing my wins which is 15 but it still gets rejected even though i've done everything correctly

Send a support ticket. I did that on another task and got rewarder for the tast I did correctly.
