I assume you already know the big ones so I'm going to recommend some smaller F2P titles I've enjoyed. Path of Exile is diablo-style game that got an update recently, you can play alone or in a party. Boid is a simple RTS game that I think needs more attention.

If you don't know them, the big ones are TF2, CS:GO and DOTA 2 - very very popular Valve games exclusive to Steam, but I've only played DOTA 2 (I have 1000+ hours in it, but from beta and first year of release).

If youre just looking for more random free games on steam there's a site called "GamerPower" has free games on, lot of them you need to have an account for on the site thats giving the game away from but its got steam and a few other platforms for full games and DLC. I am not sure what games your into so "good" free games is kinda opinion, ive been going back to fallout shelter alot myself

DESTINY 2 IS FREE ON STEAM

The ones i know is TF2, Unturned, Dota 2, CS:GO and Robocraft. I played these and liked them.

steam does not have much good free games...but if you want to play a free game from steam i think you should try cs:go and APB:Reloaded.

there are quite a few but they are not such good as the ones you pay
