either bc you’re commenting useless/inappropriate things on forums/articles so they remove it, or you haven’t been commenting enough/not getting enough xp.

maybe you commented, too much. I got banned for around 2 months for spamming comments. I think it might be the same reason for u.
my exp bar also gets decreases every day why is it so???
my also level keeps decreasing...
Simply Do Not Spam And Post plagarism.
you will lose your level like that xkameosiax like I did for spamming
was level3 for like a year and suddenly lose 70%, absurd..
