what is going on with rejection?

in war thunder i won 30 battles.2 pics rejected.now im in 31 wins and they keep rejecting my pic every 10 minutes. http://prntscr.com/kles19 http://prntscr.com/klet9l if u hire kids for moderators u can create a mess for no reason.
