is your username in game the same as your GH one? is your username and level clearly visible on the picture? is your task bar showing on the screenshot (so it shows the time and date)?
Also, the staff usually refuses tasks for no reason sometimes, so it's worth it to contact misty asking why your screenshot got refused. She can give you a reason or she can reevaluate the picture
