Is it even possible to get good stuff from chests?

I get the worst prize every time, anyone else?

Mostly people opened chest then encountered random runes or random steam games, only a few people saying they have won the big prize.

So probably better save your sg to buy the game/item directly instead of open chests, unless you think you're lucky for that.

The probablity for the larger prizes are very low, it is more reliable to save up SG for rewards that you can redeem. There is a chart somewhere detailing the actual probabilty for the grand prizes. It is possible but low.
