If you aren't spamming/commenting on topics that are considered spam you have nothing to fear. You can lose XP even if you haven't spammed, IF you commented on a thread that has been removed, but you lose like 1% XP for every comment and not 10% XP for every comment if you have actually posted spam comments. In conclusion: Be careful where you leave your comments.
