Tasks being wrongfully rejected has happened to me ever since I started using this website, but most times in the past I could just contact support through Misty and they would take care of it. With my two most recent attempts on World of Tanks and Crossout however, the tasks are being rejected and support is not helping. I looked in the forums for both games and noticed that other people are having trouble with this too. My guess is that with the current state of the Corona virus quarantine, there are more people staying inside, and more people attempting tasks. Gamehag is probably overtaxed and is in a position where they can't give out as many Soul Gems to meet the demand, so they are rejecting legitimate task completions.
