There is a code after you scratched the card, copy and paste it then redeem in the Get More section and you will get a chest.
I get the scratch card right after I logged in.
There is nothing inside the chest just runes again.
I found the scratchcard today - you have to *not* be logged in to Gamehag in order to see it, and it will only show the first time you visit!

but so far its been way more than 24 hours and i haven't got any reply from them

I logged in to the site and no scratchcard or whatever appeared (unlike what they claim).
