I can second that. there's no secure tansactions, no guarantee. 4500 SGs it's about $7.50. in my region CS:GO now $10. in other reagions it's even cheaper - and it's secured purchase with ability to refund. also CS:GO often goes on winter sale so it will be even cheaper in couple of months. that's why people are not interested
