If you've purchased Robux on Gamehag, you must wait until the reward is being ready for dispatch.
If the award is ready for dispatch, you'll receive a notification that your reward is ready to be sent on your account. Hence, click on the notification. After you tap on the notification, you'll have to fill a field (in this field you'll have to fill your Roblox username) and after you click the "Send Robux" (not sure if this is how the button is called since I haven't purchased Robux for a while). After tapping the button, you'll be asked to join a group on Roblox. After joining, click "Send Robux" again. After clicking the "Send Robux" button, your Robux must arrive on your account instantly (you'll have to refresh your Roblox page to do that) and done. It's not complicated. If that's not the issue, please, state it below.
