Just look at the rewards and see if theres anything related to what you're writing
Note down the name of that reward and type it exactly like that in the little textbox at the bottom when you're writing the article
When done right you should get a clickable suggestion as a dropdown, select it and that reward will be shown when users read your article

The reward shows in the top right of the article
If there are no related rewards you could leave it blank, it's purely optional but IMHO i think the extra exposure on a reward might nudge GameHag into accepting your article
But you could also pick a 'generic' reward, like a Steam wallet code or Paysafecard
